Customization and Production Process

1.Engraving: First of all, we need to make the engraving molds for enamel badges according to the design drawings or requirements provided by customers. Usually use professional engraving machine to engrave the copper mold to ensure the quality and details of the final product.
2.Die casting: the made die needs to be cast by die casting machine, after melting the metal material, it is pressed into the die to get the shape of the enamel badge. This process requires careful control of temperature, time and pressure to ensure that the final product meets the requirements.
3.Polishing: After the casting is completed, the surface of the enamel badge may have some small uneven bumps and imperfections. In order to remove these imperfections, specialized grinding tools and efficient polishing machines are used to finely grind and surface treat the enamel pins to obtain a smooth, shiny final product.
4.Grinding: Once the polishing process is complete, the enamel pins are sanded to gently remove any burrs or edge details that may be present along the contour lines, as well as the standard of the engraving.
5.Plating: In order to make the enamel badge more durable and have a better appearance, we need to electroplate it. Usually choose different plating materials and processes such as gold plating, silver plating, copper, nickel plating, black bronze, matte, etc., which can make the enamel badges have better corrosion resistance and more beautiful surface effect.
6.Coloring: In order to make the enamel badge more beautiful, some parts may need to be colored in cold or hot colors, such as red, blue, etc. There are usually two ways of coloring: one is by drying and then hand-coloring, and the other is by plating and then anodizing with paint baking machine, to achieve a long-lasting corrosion-resistant effect.
