The Process Of Making Embroidered Patches

Green House | Updated: Apr 09, 2018

Press Sample/Artwork--Scan--Painting--Pattern (Save)--Electric Embroidery--Sticking (soft, hard, self-adhesive)-- Trimming--Burning/Wrapping Adhesive after the edge) -- Product Inspection -- Packaging. The details are as follows: Step 1: First, design or draft a sketch.

This should be a picture, a photo, or a previously made badge that must be copied on the machine. For the reproduction of the embroidery, the sketch does not need to be as accurate as the finished product. We just need to know this idea or sketch, color, and necessary size. It does not produce badges in other ways. It needs to be redrawn so that it can be copied. We say "re-painting" because something that may be painted does not have to be embroidered. However, people who have certain knowledge of embroidery and the ability to operate machines are required to carry out such copying work.

After the sketches are made, the fabric samples and the lines used must be approved by the user.

Step 2: When the design and color are agreed upon, the designed pattern is enlarged to a 6 times larger technical drawing. According to this enlarged drawing, the version of the guide embroidery machine can be played. Lofters need the skills of artists and graphic artists. The acupuncture on the diagram prompts for the type and color of the thread used, taking into account some of the requirements imposed by the pattern maker.
